AUse & material
Write crop or application, site conditions, required form and quantity unit. If outdoor exposure is expected, ask about treatment and limitations. Natural surface variation may suit an agricultural support; tighter color consistency may matter for a visible finished item. Price the two acceptance levels separately.
BSample & measurements
Label the sample with supplier, form and specification revision. Agree where dimensions are measured and how many pieces represent each range. Record the moisture measurement method and sample condition. This is an approval plan, not a claim that testing has already been performed.
CSeason & receiving
State the US destination, required arrival window and unloading constraints. Ask for packing that matches the receiving method and planned storage. Separate sample preparation, production and transport assumptions; an offered production interval is not an arrival commitment.
