Harvest Route Sourcing Privacy Policy
This page explains the information requested through the Harvest Route Sourcing business inquiry form and the browser storage used by this website. It describes the intended procurement workflow. A local preview does not establish that a production endpoint has received an inquiry.
Information you submit
The inquiry form requests name, work email, phone, company where supplied, destination country, inquiry type and procurement requirements. Optional purchasing controls let you add product form, target budget, currency, unit basis and supplier preference. Those optional values are combined with the requirement in the submitted message. The text you type in the requirement box remains visible as you wrote it.
Purpose and sharing
Submitted information is used to clarify the request, discuss sourcing options and coordinate the relevant procurement conversation. Supplier-facing requirements may need to be shared with candidate suppliers or service providers when that is part of the agreed request. Avoid including unrelated personal data or sensitive business information in the first message. Ask about confidentiality arrangements before sending protected drawings or commercial records.
Browser storage
The sourcing benefit interface stores its first display timestamp in localStorage to enforce a maximum seven-day automatic display window. A sessionStorage value records dismissal of the ticker for the current browser session. These values concern presentation; they do not prove that you qualify for support. Browser controls can clear or restrict storage. Optional form controls operate in your browser before submission.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact page to identify an inquiry and request clarification or correction. Give enough context to locate the relevant request without including unnecessary personal information. Retention, access and deletion handling for an actual production service should be confirmed through that communication; this page does not invent a fixed retention period or a completed security audit.
External content and updates
External references, including product-origin guidance, have their own policies. Illustrative images do not identify customers or prove a working location. This page is dated 10 October 2026; future changes should be reviewed against the actual operating service. Read the Terms of Service for procurement role and scope boundaries.
Ask about your procurement inquiry
