Harvest Route Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the Harvest Route Sourcing website and its independent procurement inquiry service. Sending a request starts a discussion about requirements. It does not create a purchase order, reserve material, establish a supplier relationship or confirm that an offer is available.

Scope of the service

We help organize bamboo product requirements, seek factory responses and compare scope. A manufacturer or supplier remains responsible for its own product description and commercial offer. Any agreed sourcing work, inspection coordination or logistics assistance requires a separate written scope. This website does not describe an owned factory or an authorized dealership.

Your procurement brief

Provide information you are entitled to share, including product form, composition, origin information where known, dimensions, finish, quantity, destination and desired delivery date. Identify uncertainties explicitly. Do not submit confidential third-party designs without authority. If drawings are needed, an appropriate follow-up method must be agreed; the inquiry form has no file upload.

Quotes, samples and acceptance

Prices, MOQ, packing, sample charges, payment stages and delivery terms depend on the actual supplier response. Alternatives need separate approval. Sample review applies to the sample and the agreed method; it is not proof of every piece in a future shipment. Buyers should confirm acceptance criteria, inspection responsibilities and remedies in the supplier agreement.

Documents and destination requirements

Origin statements and technical documents need review for the exact item. Import classification, declarations and destination requirements may depend on composition and use. Identify who checks those matters before ordering and seek qualified advice where necessary. General procurement notes do not replace shipment-specific advice.
