Separate poles, boards and finished articles. A request should identify bamboo composition and species, cultivated or wild origin, dimensions and unit basis. If a characteristic is unknown, mark it for clarification instead of inserting a convenient default.

Ask matching factories

Seek responses against the written brief. Ask each candidate to name its quoted form, sorting method, treatment and packing, and identify any outsourced operations. A submitted certificate needs an issuer, holder and product scope before it can inform the decision.

Separate the costs

Compare the currency, quantity unit and agreed delivery basis. Put sample charges, tooling, protective packing, freight, destination handling and service fees on separate lines where applicable. A unit cost without these boundaries is an incomplete comparison.

Write the brief
Specify intended use, dimensions in mm or inches, quantity in pieces or bundles, US destination and seasonal deadline. Link a reference drawing or describe it for follow-up; this form has no upload facility.
Record the deviations
Keep a supplier reply beside the original request. Note changed diameter ranges, composition, finish or packing. Alternatives remain separate offers until you accept the change.
Review a sample plan
Agree how samples will represent the order. Record measurement positions, visual sorting criteria and moisture measurement method. Photograph the labeled sample and keep a written approval record.
Confirm responsibilities
Identify who checks origin documents, classification and destination import requirements. Confirm payment stages, inspection scope and delivery exclusions in the supplier agreement before an order proceeds.
